Banijska street Pančevo

The challenge in designing this house was the small width of the plot of less than 9 m and the defined construction zone of 16 m. By designing a smaller side atrium, we have enabled additional direct sunlight  from the southeast for the living area, which is oriented towards the courtyard facing north for privacy.
