Residential & retail building complex consists of four lamellas located in the Pančevo settlement Kotež, next to Kotež 1 and Kotež 2, which is why this complex has been called Kotež 3 or K3 block since the first phase of design.
Ortodox church in Starčevo
The new Orthodox church in Starčevo, a settlement near Pančevo, is dedicated to the Margaret the Virgin. The complex consists of a temple, a candle burner and the existing building of the priest home.

The challenge in designing this house was the small width of the plot of less than 9 m and the defined construction zone of 16 m.
